Invite by email
Enter a colleague's email and Blueprint checks if they already have an account. Existing users get their name auto-filled. New users provide their name during invite. Select a role (Manager, Analyst, or Viewer) and send.
24-hour invite links
Each invitation generates a unique link valid for 24 hours. Share it directly — no email delivery required. Expired links can be resent with one click, generating a fresh token and timer.
API-level enforcement
Permissions aren't just UI hiding. Every API endpoint checks the user's role before executing. A Viewer literally cannot modify data even if they craft a direct API request.

Role-restricted invitations
Managers can only invite Analysts and Viewers — never other Managers or Owners. This prevents privilege escalation without requiring Owner intervention for every invite.
Email masking
Public invite pages mask the invitee's email (e.g., g***@example.com) for privacy. Only logged-in users with the matching email see the full details and 'Accept' button.
Resend expired invitations
Expired invite links show a prominent 'Resend' button that generates a new token and resets the 24-hour timer. No need to create a new invitation from scratch.

No. Viewer seats are completely free on every plan. Invite as many clients or stakeholders as you need. Viewers can see dashboards and reports but cannot modify settings, connections, budgets, or keywords.
Enter the person's email, select their role, and Blueprint generates a unique invite link valid for 24 hours. Share the link directly — Blueprint doesn't send emails yet. The invitee opens the link, sees the workspace name and their assigned role, and clicks Accept. If the link expires, you can resend it with one click.
No. Managers can only invite Analysts and Viewers. This prevents privilege escalation — only Owners can grant Manager-level access. This is enforced at the API level, not just in the UI.
Their access is revoked immediately. They can no longer see any workspace data, dashboards, or reports. The removal is logged in the audit trail. You can re-invite them at any time if needed.
